Weekly summary #18
Summary of the eighteenth week of my #SeniorDevRevamp project. Somewhere in-between being hired, and life testing me at all fronts.

ToggleOverall summary
This week was a weird one. On the one hand, I did some serious technical stuff. On the other – I have “skipped” three days in total, due to external circumstances. On the technology front, I finished “Practical SQL” by Anthony deBarros. As I’ve written the last time, the second book that I was interested in was “Brain Refactor: Optimize Your Internal Code To Thrive in Tech & Engineering and Get More Success, Fulfillment, Money, Opportunities, Impact, and Growth”. Finished reading it too, and I think it’s a very valuable resource for all the senior+ engineers. If you’re senior enough, you will appreciate the wisdom that comes from that book for sure. I am sure my review sumarises that nicely.
On the other hand I am still in the middle of the recruitment process. I am going to have my technical interview next week, so, fingers crossed 😉
What’s next?
Interviewing and recrutiment – that’s for sure. Based on the outcome, I will plan my other activities accordingly.
